My work

Pretty is good. Effective is better.

Great creative should look good. But it should also do something.

Whether I’m creating a campaign, developing a sales opportunity, writing an email, producing content or picking up the phone to introduce a business, I’m always thinking about the person on the other side.

1

Who are we talking to?

2

What matters to them?

3

What do we want them to do next?

Because ultimately, a beautiful campaign that nobody responds to is just a beautiful campaign. I want it to make something happen.

Manor House Nursery Group & Forest School

Becoming part of the business.

The challenge

Three large early-years settings and a seven-acre Forest School, all needing joined-up sales, marketing and communications support over the long term.

What I did

Brand development, social media, campaigns, content creation, photography, design, school outreach, sales and business development.

The difference

Not a one-off project: Curly Media became part of the business – a long-term extension of the team.

The Mortgage Man

Making mortgages more human.

The challenge

Mortgages are a subject that can often feel anything but approachable.

What I did

Creative campaigns, social media content and communications designed to make mortgages feel more approachable and human.

The difference

Approachable, consistent marketing and campaigns that make a complicated subject feel human.

Sales & relationships

Beyond the marketing.

The challenge

Not every business needs another campaign. Sometimes it needs relationships, opportunities and people with the confidence to sell.

What I did

Building client relationships and supporting business development for Rosemary Shrager’s Cookery School. Supporting brand development at Ward Security and helping an internal team member develop their confidence and skills in sales. Representing and promoting British Wireless for the Blind Fund at external promotional events.

The difference

The sales and relationship side of Curly Media in action: opening doors, building confidence and turning conversations into business.

Client experience

A rather varied client list.

And that's just how I like it.

One of the things I love most about Curly Media is the variety. I’ve worked with household names and independent businesses, charities, schools and organisations – sometimes for a particular project and sometimes becoming a long-term extension of their team.

Big enough to bring experience. Small enough to genuinely care.

Charities

Hospitality

Professional services

Community organisations

You don't necessarily need an entire marketing department. Sometimes you just need someone experienced who can come in, understand your business quickly and get things moving.

Why Curly Media?

Because sometimes you don't need another strategy document.

You need someone who can have the idea…

Write the words.

Create the campaign.

Talk to the customer.

Pick up the phone.

Open the door.

Build the relationship.

And follow it through.

Creative ideas. Real relationships. Real results.
